HIPAA & Oral Privacy (60 minutes)

IIDA - 0.1 credits – Health Safety

Program Overview: This program is a beginner to intermediate program on oral privacy and the Federal Mandate HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) that requires healthcare providers and facilities to limit the disclosure of personal health information in written, electronic, and oral forms.

How To Choose a Sound Masking System (60 minutes)

IIDA - 0.1 credits – Health Safety

Program Overview: This program is a beginner to intermediate program that will teach attendees how to identify, select and specify the right sound masking system and includes important evaluation and performance criteria for making this purchasing decision.

Be Specific About Speech Privacy (60 minutes)

Program Overview: This program is a beginner to intermediate program on acoustics, speech privacy, sound masking, and industry standards for acoustics.

LEED, Acoustics & Sound Masking (60 minutes)

IIDA – 0.1 credits – Health Safety

Program Overview: This program is a beginner to intermediate program on LEED, acoustics and sound masking. This program explains how LEED credits can apply towards acoustics and discusses sound masking as an acoustical solution that is able to be implemented when applying for LEED credits for acoustics.
