Direct-Field Sound Masking System

Direct-fired systems deliver sound directly into a space much like paging systems have done decades. These systems are most useful for spot treatments or when a budget, ceiling or site conditions prevent you from using an in-plenum speaker such as when a gypsum ceiling is present.

CrosswaysOne™ is the industry leader in direct-fired systems offering wider dispersion and greater sound quality. The system delivers the broadest sound spectrum with the highest level of speech privacy and comfort.

The system is tunable by hand-held remote. In addition, Lencore is the only sound masking company that offers both standard (3.5”) and large (6”) direct-fired speaker.

CrosswaysOne™ generates and integrates random sound masking source by using E-sound® technology which equates to the best sound and most effective sound masking. The system is designed in such a way that individual speaker or component failure will have no impact on the balance of the system. The system’s tremendous flexibility enables it to be customized to any environment.

The system requires no ongoing maintenance and is manufactured with high levels of recycled content and within stringent environmental guidelines.
