We offer two different types of quotes: Quick Estimate and Request for Quote
Quick Estimate is our automated estimator program for projects up to 50,000 square feet. Provided the information you provide is accurate, you will receive a near-immediate quote emailed directly to you that includes the price of the required equipment, which we will honor on a +/- 10% basis for up to 30 days. This price is for equipment only and does not include cable, installation, taxes, freight, or any non-standard features.
You should take advantage of the Quick Estimate when you are looking to get an idea of how much the project will cost, have limited information about the facility’s features, or are submitting a budget number for consideration in a bid process.
When you are ready to move forward with a project and have complete facility information and/or require engineering diagrams, then it’s time to Request for Quote.
Request for Quote is our white glove service offering for projects greater than 5,000 square feet. The Request for Quote form is a comprehensive questionnaire which takes about 15 minutes to complete and requires detailed facility information, including building plans (reflected ceiling plans are preferable) in order to provide a detailed system design and bill of materials. This is a complimentary service provided to our valued customers, but is time and resource intensive as it requires high-touch work from our experienced acoustical design experts. There may be a charge for multiple designs or revisions. This service is generally utilized by architects, installers, or contractors. A full design and quote can take up to three business days after all information is verified by our design team.
