After the pre-requisite online training is completed, your local sales representative will determine your eligibility to be invited to participate in the MCI program. If invited, you will be required to complete an Advanced Tuning & Balancing training via a live virtual or in-person presentation, renewable every 2 years.
BICSI will recognize the on-demand version of this course for 1 BICSI CEC, and the instructor-led version for 2 BICSI CECs.
* Installation labor on Master Certified projects will be warranted for 1 year by Lencore regardless of if it’s a turnkey project or not, if it is an equipment failure problem. Reimbursement at a negotiated rate.

Lencore will maintain its roster of tuning and balancing experts, including the services provided by our Independent Manufacturer Representatives. Lencore Certified Commissioning Specialist is a new designation to signify our most well-trained commissioning experts.
Lencore manufacturer’s representatives and legacy commissioning resources who currently perform tuning and balancing will have the opportunity to become Lencore Certified Commissioning Specialists. In order to obtain this certification individuals must complete the Advanced Tuning & Balancing Training and must adhere to Lencore-approved testing, measurement, and reporting equipment standards.
Lencore Certified Commissioning Specialists will be utilized for tuning and balancing for projects where advanced commissioning is required, the Master Certified Installer elects not to perform the tuning, or an integrator who is not Master Certified requires commissioning of the system post-installation.
The Product Expert Badge Training contains two modules: Estimating and Installation Guidelines.
By the end of this training, you should feel more confident interpreting Lencore drawings, understanding speaker placement rules, avoiding common installation mistakes, and building more accurate budget estimates during the early stages of projects.
Incentives include turnkey installation opportunities and access to Lencore’s Estimating Tool.
Lencore’s Engineering team must sign off on at least one acoustical consultant-level project, including required testing and reporting to grant the Commissioning Expert Badge.

The Sound Masking Sales Master Training covers selling to end customers and winning as an integrator. In ten
modules built for field-ready selling, you’ll gain advanced knowledge on sound masking foundations, telling the
ROI story, all sound masking verticals, Lencore systems, adding sound masking to every proposal, and
objection handling to close more deals. Pass the certification quiz to complete the training, then your badge
level and extra rebate is determined by annual Lencore equipment purchases.
